Hello from El Paso, all of the Macks are doing well, including Baby Mack. I got to experience what happens at the girly doctor...i though they were just going to take pictures....WOW. I'm glad that I'm a man. Triathlon training is going ok, starting a formal workout plan next week. Wish me luck.
